Why do LimeJACK collect, store and process your data?

LimeJACK collects data :

  • to analyse about the usage of this relay,
  • to analyse errors to improve the operation of this relay,
  • to protect the relic from malicious attacks from the outside.

Collected personal data are treated according to the policy described in the above-mentioned Regulation. Data will be used only for the above purposes by LimeJACK in order to improve the service.

What personal data do LimeJACK collect?

The software of the LimeJACK relay collects your IP, your access date, your access time, your requested URL, the HTTP status code, data size in bytes, referer and/or User Agent in a log file.

To whom are your data disclosed?

Your collected data will be treated confidentially and used only by the LimeJACK.

The collected data will be registered in log files.

No personal data is transmitted to parties which are outside of LimeJACK. LimeJACK will not share personal data with third parties.

How long are your data kept?

Your data are kept for maximum 7 days and deleted thereafter, unless an enquiry is in progress. Then the data will be kept for the time necessary to the conclusion of the enquiry.

How can you access to your data, check their accuracy and, if needed, correct them?

You have the right to request a copy of your personal details at any time to check the accuracy of the information held and/or to correct this information. You may also ask your personal information to be deleted completely if no enquiry from you is in progress.

What do we do to avoid misuse or unauthorized access?

LimeJACK refers to strict security rules on physical, technical, electronic and managerial aspects to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the collected information. LimeJACK does not use external contractor.
